Kendra tries her hand at starting out the video with a full bladder and releasing pee into a small cup every five minutes, repeatedly having to clamp it off and wait between releases. It's the hardest thing to do and she makes it clear that she is really struggling. Kendra keeps drinking water to make things even more tense for herself, and at one point even refills a bottle at the sink, getting water on her hands and experiencing an even more powerful urge to pee. By the time Kendra releases into the cup for the third time, she is dangerously near the top and barely able to stop herself from continuing to pee. After the fourth time, when it is clear that she will soon lose control, she is instructed to empty out directly into the measuring cylinder. Even though her peeing has been staggered over some twenty minutes, she releases a lot of pee into that cylinder, putting her in the top ten percent of models who can pee that much over a short span of time.
