On her first visit, Amanda held her pee for some 40 minutes before releasing into one of our graduated cylinders. Even after that long wait, she only managed to produce around 400 mililitres. Clearly, she must be able to hold more than this, so on this visit we set about training her to hold it longer and produce more. Taking Amanda to the limits of holding it, she was finally permitted to pee into the cylinder and show us what she could do with a little extra training. Sure enough, the result was more than her first attempt. She had to struggle hard to hold her pee during the run up to releasing it, but she managed to hang in there until she felt she was about to lose control and go all over the floor. Is it possible to get a women to pee more each time with training? We found out the next day when we repeated the experiment.
