Jasmine has applied for a loan at her local bank to start up a small business, but the assessors feel that the project is too risky and they decline her request. Knowing the bank manager a little, Jasmine decides to take a chance and follows him home. He is just about to relax when she knocks on the door. He does not look best pleased to see her. He reluctantly invites her in and asks her what she wants. It soon becomes clear that she wants him to override the decision of his staff and grant her the loan after all. He tries to explain that it isn't quite that easy, even for someone in his position, but Jasmine has been expecting resistance. She sits squirming in her seat, something that the manager does not fail to notice. Jasmine smiles at him and says that she heard a little rumor that he enjoys watching women when they are desperate to pee. He denies this strenuously, claiming to have no idea where she got such a notion. As she continues to fidget, however, it is clear that he is becoming interested. Jasmine asks him to fix her loan application again, claiming she will sit there and hold her pee for him as long as he wants her too. This is too much for him and he decides to go along with her, but warns her that she must ultimately produce the goods for him, by which he means, he wants to see her lose control and wet herself when she can't control herself any longer. He leaves the room to make some calls, and only then does it become clear just how desperate to pee Jasmine is. She places around and crosses her legs, trying to wait until the paperwork has been sorted out, just in case the manager changes his mind when she is no longer in a desperate state. When she feels she is going to lose control, she calls out and brings him back into the room, telling him he really needs to hurry up. He tells her he is in the middle of sorting out the paperwork right now. He asks her why she is not doing what she said she would do for him, which is to piss herself. He makes her pull up her skirt as he continues to admonish her for interrupting him. During her monologue, she wets herself. He is delighted to witness this spectacle, and tells her that she will definitely get her loan approved. Jasmine asks if she can go now, but he tells her to wait while he finishes what he needs to do. It seems he doesn't want this girl with soaking wet panties to leave just yet.
