Amanda is handcuffed, and by means of a chain is attached to the cuffs, her hands are held at waist level behind her back. The chain passes up through a ring on a collar around her neck and then continues on up to the ceiling where the end is locked in place with a padlock. Now Amanda cannot sit or even bend forward. She needs to pee but she can't reach down to lift her skirt or pull down her panties. In short, she will have to stand there with a full bladder and wait until she can't hold it any longer. She will then be forced to wet her panties and her tights and her skirt, not to mention that she also fill her shoes with pee. This is the same arrangement used on Tilly in "Kept Upright While Bursting", and allows us to see what a woman will do when she can't perform all the usual techniques she might emply to help herself wait, such as bending forward to ease the pressure on her bladder, or pull the waistband of her skirt away from her abdomen, or use a finger between her thighs to stop pee leaking out. Instead, all she can do is wiggle her legs, which is so frustrating.  (A second camera films Amanda's legs, and in the last minute before she loses control, a split screen is used to simultaneously show both her reactions and the pee running down her legs).
